How do we work?
We’re passionate about making a difference and like any journey, it’s sort of important to know where you’re starting from.
The results from this assessment inform the direction that we take and everything that we do on the journey.
We have three main strands to our business and we use the assessment in each – coaching, recruitment and team development.
We understand that people have different challenges and that not everybody wants to learn in the same way. We’ll spend time with you to make sure that we offer you the right solution and approach.
The EQ-i 2.0® model is based on 5 composites (self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making and stress management. As per the image below, each of the composites is made up of 3 subscales and it is these that are measured in the assessment.
We recognise that every business has challenges and that the way people and teams deal with them will be different.
What we know beyond doubt is that improving the EQ of your teams will improve their performance.
