We are very fortunate to be able to make use of the worlds most accurate and successful EQ assessment tool, EQ-i 2.o®, which has been validated over several decades and has been completed by over 2,000,000 people across the globe.
The model generates an overall EQ score and is based on 5 separate composites, each of which is made up of 3 subscales as per the diagram on the left. The great thing about the EQ-i 2.0® model is that it is dynamic and it measures your EQ at any given time and can therefore demonstrate any changes that occur over time.
We use this tool as the benchmark for all of our engagements and we base every individuals requirements on the results that they generate.
